CARL - FOUNDER & CEO
Role:
Carl founded Straws-Berry in 2022 with a clear vision: to create a sustainable, enjoyable Made in France alternative to traditional straws. With a strong background in entrepreneurship and green innovation, he is the driving force behind the company.
Carl leads the team with passion and makes sure every decision stays true to Straws-Berry's values.
YAURIC - CCO & PARTNER
Role:
Yauric is the key person behind our international growth. A serial entrepreneur and veteran of the hotel and restaurant world, he has contributed to the growth and success of many companies (FastBooking, LoungeUp, Mama Shelter, Ododo, Odify, Quotelo...).
With his strategic vision and collaborative approach, he helps Straws-Berry grow day after day.
MICKAËL - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Role:
With 28 years' experience in packaging and the food industry, Mickaël puts his expertise to work for Straws-Berry, accelerating its growth and strengthening its position in the market. He has an in-depth understanding of key accounts and knows how to maximise their profitability.
His strategic approach and innovative mindset allow Straws-Berry to expand its network and secure solid partnerships, while ensuring operations run smoothly.
MARWAN - MARKETING MANAGER
Role:
Marwan is Straws-Berry's Swiss Army knife. Officially in charge of digital marketing, he also juggles a thousand missions to support the team day to day.
From communications to strategy — with a helping hand wherever it's needed — he's always there to keep Straws-Berry moving forward with energy and creativity! 🚀
JEAN-CLAUDE REGINA - HEAD OF SALES, FRANCE
Role:
Jean-Claude leads Straws-Berry's sales development across the whole of France. With solid B2B sales experience and an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality market, he is on the front line supporting our customers and partners. Close to the field and attentive to their needs, he builds lasting relationships and proudly champions Straws-berry's values.
His goal: to bring Straws-Berry reusable straws to every region of France.
CAROLE FAUL - SALES ASSISTANT
First smile, first voice, first port of call: Carole is the go-to contact for our customers and partners. Day to day, she handles enquiries, follows up on orders and makes sure every exchange is smooth, clear and friendly. Her rigour, eye for detail and attentiveness make her a precious ally for our customers and the team alike.
